Impulse bathroom

So, "we've" (meaning Ethan works while I feed him brownies) been tiling the rest of the kitchen/mudroom/laundry room this weekend.


And once we got the washer/dryer out of its room and looked around, we saw this...
Oh yeah...half bathroom potential. You get one of those stackable washer dryer gizmos where the work sink is, and WHAM! Room for 1/2 bath. Once I regained consciousnesses from my over-excitement, we went shopping to take advantage of the 4th of July appliance sales. So we pretty much decided to add a half bath in one day, and put some money where our mouthes are to back it up. It's gonna be great.
